I totally get that things pop up! To keep everything running smoothly for us both, here’s my policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. For no call, no shows, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged. I understand that life happens, so if you’re dealing with an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate.
